Does this use VBA macros? +
No. Every bar and status indicator is driven by Excel formulas — specifically conditional formatting and REPT functions. It works in any version of Excel and in Google Sheets.
How many tasks can it handle? +
The template supports up to 100 tasks out of the box. The structure can be extended to 200+ by copying rows — the formulas all use relative references.
Can I show task dependencies? +
The template includes a dependency column that you can annotate (e.g. 'Starts after Task 3'). Auto-enforced dependencies via formulas are in the Pro Bundle version.
